Event details

One of the Guardian’s most beloved columnists, political sketch writer John Crace has kept us amused with his waspish humour for the last ten years. As well as his unremittingly witty sketches, he’s also written about 20 books on everything from cricket, football, TV, literature, politics and - not forgetting - himself.

Join John as he discusses the state of politics today and introduces his satirical memoir, Taking the Lead. Written from the viewpoint of his beloved dog Herbie, expect some hilarious insights into Westminster and modern-day Britain.
