Try out a specially developed technique aimed at improving the design of new anti-cancer drugs. Researchers at the University of York are investigating how auditory display - displaying data as sound - could potentially speed up the design process. Come along and use a specially developed demonstrator, incorporating graphics and 3D sound, and experience the potential of sound for yourself. No booking required.
And if you would like to know more, on Sunday 12 June at 7pm, there is also a chance to join us for SONICULES, a live audio-visual performance. The performance and a Q&A session will explore the process and challenges involved in the design of new anticancer drugs. It is preceded by a drop-in session from 5.30pm.
