About the speaker

Dr Naomi Murphy is a consultant clinical and forensic psychologist, owner of Octopus Psychology and co-host of the Locked Up Living Podcast. After 20 years working in a high secure prison, Naomi has expertise in the treatment of trauma and neglect, how to overcome dysfunctional ways of coping such as addiction and perfectionism and how to create internal balance and peace.
