Event details

The groundbreaking concept of Thankonomics definitively demonstrates how measuring appreciation levels can uncover the hidden value, providing a transformative perspective for not-for-profit organisations such as the NHS and education.

It is time to elevate not-for-profit organisations from being perceived as costs to being recognised as the invaluable assets they truly are. The back office and not-for-profit employees are not mere costs, but rather valuable investments. By acknowledging and measuring their personal contributions and setting earnings accordingly, Thankonomics will align employees' motivations and productivity with the organisations they represent.

Corporate strategist Andrew Robshaw, author of Thankonomics: The Revolutionary Paradigm Change for Value, Money and Appreciation, will emphatically present how this new perspective will enhance our quality of life, drive organisational growth and expand the world economy.
