Unlocked! exhibition

The Old Palace is a treasure trove of stories waiting to be discovered. Unlocked! is an opportunity to explore some of these more interesting curiosities. The exhibition focusses on stories from York Minster’s Historic Collections including:

The tale of Jonathan Martin who burnt down the Minster in 1829
How the Civil War affected York
The story of St George and the Dragon
The creation of a 3D Bestiary
Royal Coronations throughout the ages
Creation & Apocalypse: stories from the Great East Window.

Admission: on the door £3, £2 Friends of York Minster, Free with Entry Admission ticket from York Minster (£9)
