York Carnival 2014 goes Circus themed, taking over the City in the summer! And it’s the event’s 10th Year! A family day of free music, stalls and a parade, organised by students from the University of York. Building links between local business, youth groups and students throughout the year, those Carnival vibes cannot be ignored!

Carnival takes place in Parliament Street and St Sampson’s Square.
