York Rhythm Tap runs fun and inclusive adult tap dance lessons at four different levels with classes suitable for complete beginners through to those who are seasoned tap dancers. Rhythm tap concentrates on the musicality of tap as a percussive instrument using all parts of your tap shoes.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced tap dancer, why not come along and join in the fun?
Classes will take place:
- Mon 1 June, 7pm to 7.45pm (beginners) - Southlands Methodist Church
- Wed 3 June, 6.15pm to 7pm (beginners) - Belfrey Hall
- Wed 3 June, 7pm to 7.45pm (beginners+) - Belfrey Hall
- Wed 3 June, 7.45pm to 8.30pm (intermediate) - Belfrey Hall
- Wed 3 June, 8.30pm to 9.15pm (advanced) - Belfrey Hall
Please note: Free, but donations on the day to cover running costs welcome. As this event is a dance class, a reasonable level of mobility is required.
