A panel debate chaired by Martin Vander Weyer in conversation distinguished journalists, including Tim Burt (Brunswick PR), Martin Vander Weyer (Daily Telegraph and The Spectator), and Asset Manager, Gervais Williams, and Professor of Economics at the University of York, Peter Spencer, will discuss the new paradigms in financial markets and economic growth.

Tim Burt  is a senior PR adviser to some of the world’s largest companies and a former award-winning business journalist

Peter Spencer is a Professor of Economics and Finance in the University's Department of Economics and Related Studies. 

Martin Vander Weyer is the business editor of The Spectator and a regular contributor to the Daily Telegraph. He is also the author of Falling Eagle: The Decline of Barclays Bank (2000).

Gervais Williams is Managing Director of MAM Funds plc.
