Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Moon landings with a hands-on, family-friendly workshop.

Find out about the ‘dark side’ of the Moon, create your own scale model of the Earth and Moon, and investigate how craters are formed. Discover why eclipses happen and have a go at navigating your rocket to the Moon in a simulation. 

Particularly suitable for seven to 11-year-olds. Three sessions available: 11.30am to 12.30am, 1.30pm to 2.30pm and 3pm to 4pm.  Parking is available at the school, accessible from Portland Street.
