Workshops include Moving Choir: Singing and moving to make you feel good (1pm to 1.45pm). Come along with your family and friends and we will lead you through songs, voice, movement and actions. This session is presented by York Dance Space and the Stonegate Singers Community Choir wtih all ages and experience welcome.

GoGet Riding will be delivering its popular Balance Bike Freestyle Zone, with the team encouraging children to challenge themselves in a safe and supporting environment. The inclusive activity is suitable for both pedal bike and non-pedal bike riders, with something to challenge riders of all abilities. Children aged 18 months to 11 years can take a balance bike around a skills track, incorporating ramps, bridges, seesaw and rollers. Older riders or more competent cyclists can try out a ‘Manual Master Machine’ which helps you get to grips with wheelies and manuals.

Our day of fun activities follows on from last year’s successful Festival event, Ways to Wellbeing. Why not come along and find out how living an active and healthy life can improve your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health?

Suitable for all ages. Presented in partnership with Tang Hall Big Local, Tang Hall Community Centre and Tang Hall Food Coop.
